Sriracha Honey Brussels Sprouts are the perfect appetizer. A little sweet, a little spicy, and a lot delicious!

1 lb Brussels sprouts
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 ½ tablespoon sriracha (or to taste)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Wash and trim Brussels sprouts, cut in half if large.
  • Combine butter, honey, sriracha, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  • Reserve 1 tablespoon of the sriracha honey butter and drizzle the remaining over the Brussels sprouts. Toss well. Season with salt & pepper.
  • Roast for 15 minutes. Stir and continue roasting an additional 10-15 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
  • Place on a serving plate and drizzle with remaining sriracha butter.

Crispy brussels sprouts with almonds and a sweet and spicy glaze. Top with fresh cilantro and you have a superb side dish on your hands.

1 lb brussels sprouts, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 tsp Sriracha (depending on how spicy you like it)
4 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup sliced almonds
3 tbsp chopped cilantro

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Toss brussels sprouts in olive oil and place on baking sheet. I line mine with aluminum foil.
  • Roast in oven for 30-35 minutes, tossing after about 20 minutes.
  • When brussels sprouts are done cooking, combine Sriracha, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil in small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Once it is simmering, remove from heat add brussels sprouts and almonds and toss well to combine.
  • Serve topped with cilantro.

1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.

2 to 4 teaspoons Sriracha chili sauce, divided
1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon pepper, divided
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Place Brussels sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and 1 teaspoon chili sauce; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Toss to coat.
