1 8-oz package light California Dairy cream cheese, softened
1 1-oz packet dry ranch dip mix
1/2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
1 16-oz container California Milk sour cream (I used reduced fat)
1 15.25-oz can corn, drained well
1 15-oz can low-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed well
1/2 c. California Milk cheddar cheese
4 green onions (sliced thin)

Steps:

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, ranch mix and taco seasoning until smooth.
  • Add in sour cream and beat to combine.
  • With a spoon, fold in corn, black beans, cheese and green onions.
  • Eat right away with chips or refrigerate to let the flavors blend together. Enjoy!

1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
3/4 cup water
2 envelopes taco seasoning, divided
2 cups fat-free sour cream
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped
1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 4-6 minutes; drain. Add water and one envelope taco seasoning; cook until thickened. Cool slightly., Beat sour cream, cream cheese and remaining taco seasoning until blended. Spread in a 3-qt. dish; add ground beef. Top with lettuce, cheddar, tomatoes, pepper and olives.

3 (16 ounce) cans vegetarian refried beans
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
½ cup salsa
½ head iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
¾ cup chopped black olives
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Place the beans in the bottom of one 9x13 inch clear glass dish.
  • In a medium bowl combine the sour cream with the taco seasoning. Spread mixture over the beans. Spread the salsa over the top of the sour cream. Top the sour cream with a layer of lettuce, tomatoes, onions and olives. Sprinkle cheese over the top and serve.

1 -16 ounce sour cream
1 -8 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 lb cooked ground beef
1 lb pre shredded lettuce
1 (16 ounce) bag tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Cook ground hamburger on stove then set aside to cool.
  • Mix 2 cream cheese & sour cream together, add taco seasoning to mix.
  • Spread refried beans on bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Spread cheese mix over beans.
  • Layer hamburger over the cheese mix.
  • Spread salsa over hamburger then shredded cheddar cheese and shredded lettuce.
  • Serve with tortillia chips. Keep Refrigerated.
