SOUTHWEST BEEF SHELLS

Southwest Beef Shells image

This recipe was given to me years ago in a recipe swap by my Aunt Shirley. It won 2nd place in the 1995 Mississippi Beef Cook-Off. I use medium or hot picante sauce because we like ours a little hotter. You can also use less cheese and ground turkey and it's just as fabulous. It is an easy recipe and we have it with some great jalapeno cheese bread!

SOUTHWESTERN BEEF-AND-PASTA CASSEROLE

Southwestern Beef-And-Pasta Casserole image

This is a deliciously cheesy pasta casserole. If you can't find mini penne pasta in your grocery store, you can use small shell pasta or regular penne instead. I like to use "Recipe#111347" for the alfredo sauce.

SOUTHWESTERN BEEF BRISKET

Southwestern Beef Brisket image

This recipe makes the beef so tender that it comes apart with a fork. When served with mashed potatoes and a vegetable, it makes a hearty meal. -Lois McAtee, Oceanside, California
