1 lb ground beef
1 med onion, diced
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp salt (pepper to taste)
8 oz pkg. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 std. can mushroom soup
Cooked noodles

Steps:

  • Combine beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, milk, bread crumbs, salt & pepper. Shape into small balls. They will very fragile so handle carefully.
  • Meatballs can be cooked in skillet or in oven (350°F for 25 minutes - less splatter). Set aside. Cook egg noodles according to package direction.
  • In the meantime, take a large skillet and add softened cream cheese on med heat. When cheese has melted pretty well, add the mushroom soup and blend. Thin gravy with milk.
  • Place cooked/drained noodles on platter and add meatballs and pour gravy over it.

1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup water

Steps:

  • Combine first 8 ingredients and shape into meatballs. Place on baking tray and cook in 375 degree oven 30 minutes or until brown.
  • Remove balls, pour off drippings and stir in 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, one package cream cheese and water. Mix until well blended and hot.
  • Serve meatballs and sauce over hot noodles.
