Steps:
- Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended.
- Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan. Decorate with remaining ingredients to resemble snowmen.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated.

- Make hats: Place 48 mini oreos on baking sheet. Top with a bit of frosting & place rolo on top. Set aside to harden.
- Mix cream cheese & cookie crumbs until well blended. Shape into 48 1" balls; place on waxed paper covered baking sheet. Freeze 10 minutes.
- Mix chocolate & peanut butter until well blended. Dip balls in chocolate mixture; return to baking sheet; allowing excess chocolate to pool at bottoms of balls. Top each ball with hat. Add (black) "coal" eyes & mouth & (orange) "carrot" nose. Refrigerate or 1 hour or until firm. Keep refrigerated.

- Finely crush 9 cookies. Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended. Roll into 15 balls.
- Place remaining cookies on waxed paper-lined rimmed baking sheet. Dip balls in chocolate; place on cookies. Tap cookies on tray 3 to 4 times, allowing excess chocolate to pool onto cookies. Decorate with gels.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Make and bake cookie mix as directed on package. Cool completely. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Finely crumble cookies into large bowl; mix in toffee bits, powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla until blended. Shape mixture into 10 (1 1/2-inch) balls and 10 (1-inch) balls on cookie sheet, using wet hands to make balls smooth. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Using fork, dip each cookie ball into melted candy, letting excess drip off. Return to cookie sheet. Let set.
- For each snowman, stack 2 cookie balls, using candy coating to attach. Separate sandwich cookies. Place 1 cookie half, creme side down, on top cookie ball for hat; top with chewy caramel and 1 snowflake, using candy coating to attach. Attach candy eyes, candy corn tip for nose, chocolate candies for buttons and pretzels for arms. Draw mouth with edible marker. Cut fruit snacks lengthwise into 1/2-inch strips. Wrap fruit snack around neck for scarf.
