1 (46 ounce) can Hi-C Hula Punch, thoroughly chilled
2 pints vanilla ice cream, softened
2 cups Sprite, chilled

Steps:

  • In punch bowl, combine Hi-C Hula Punch, Sprite and ice cream.
  • Stir until well blended and chill.

As pretty as a fresh snowdrift, this frothy, fruity punch has been a Christmas tradition in our family for years - but it's a light and refreshing thirst-quencher in any season. -Eloise Neeley, Norton, Ohio

Yield 2-1/2 quarts.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup lemon juice
5 medium ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
2 cups half-and-half cream
1 liter lemon-lime soda, chilled
1 pint lemon or pineapple sherbet
1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut, optional

Steps:

  • In a blender, cover and process the lemon juice, bananas and sugar until smooth. Add cream; blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate. , Just before serving, pour banana mixture into a punch bowl. Stir in soda. Top with lemon sherbet and coconut if desired.

A tart but sweet creamy punch. I often create the mixture in step 1 and save it in the refrigerator until guests arrive.

6 bananas
2 cups half-and-half cream
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup white sugar
2 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 pint lemon sherbet

Steps:

  • In a blender combine bananas, half-and-half, lemon juice and sugar. Bend until smooth.
  • Pour the banana mixture into a large punch bowl. Gently stir in the carbonated beverage. Scoop out sherbet and float on top. Serve immediately.
