SNAPPY TUNA SALAD
Not only is this "snappy," it puts together in a "jiffy." It's good as a sandwich with cheese (I like Feta) or as salad with hard boiled eggs and/or pasta.

Steps:
- Combine drained tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise and lemon pepper in small bowl. Additional (optional) lemon zest brightens it even more.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marry flavors.
- This can be served as a sandwich, a plain tuna salad or (my favorite) add a sliced hard boiled egg and some cooked pasta and serve over a bed of lettuce.
THE BEST TUNA SALAD
While we love many kinds of tuna salad, this classic version tops them all. The crispy celery and red onion give add zest and crunch, while mayonnaise and touch of mustard marry it all together. The lemon juice is optional as it's not traditional, but we strongly recommend it to brighten up the flavors of the final dish.
