4tsp flour
1/3c lt crm cheese
3T parm cheese
1/8-scant tsp ground nutmeg
2T chopped parsley

Steps:

  • cook pasta. combine broth and flour in med saucepan. stir in crm cheese. cook 2min. stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens. toss pasta with sauce, 2T of parm cheese and nutmeg. sprinkle with remaining parm and parsley. season to taste with black pepper.

1 1/4 cups reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
4 teaspoons flour
1/3 cup light cream cheese
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, combine broth and flour in medium saucepan.
  • Stir in cream cheese, 2 Tbls. of the parmesan cheese, the nutmeg and pepper;
  • cook 2 min., stirring constantly with a wire whisk until mixture boils and thickens.
  • Drain pasta. Toss with sauce.
  • Sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese and parsley.

1-1/4cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
4tsp. flour
1/3cup PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
3Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1/4tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8tsp. pepper
2Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • MEANWHILE, mix broth and flour in medium saucepan with whisk until blended. Add reduced-fat cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan, nutmeg and pepper; cook 2 min. or until mixture comes to boil and thickens, stirring constantly.
  • DRAIN pasta; return to pan. Add sauce; toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and parsley.
