2 packages (12 ounces each) frozen broccoli with cheese sauce, thawed
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons coarsely ground pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
16 Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons butter, cubed

Steps:

  • Mix first 6 ingredients. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Sprinkle with crackers; dot with butter. Cook, covered, on low until broccoli is tender, 3-4 hours.

10.5 Ounces Canned Cream Of Celery Soup
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Add broccoli, cream of celery soup and green onions to a 4 to 6 quart slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir to mix the cheese into the broccoli.
  • Recover and cook for an additional 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve and enjoy!

3 tbsp olive oil
25g flaked almonds , toasted

Steps:

  • Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Toss in the broccoli and cook for 2-3 mins until tender, then drain and set aside. Serve at room temperature with the oil drizzled over and the flaked almonds sprinkled on top.

6 cups frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 25)
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, soup, 1 cup cheese, onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Pour into a greased 3-qt. slow cooker. Sprinkle crackers on top; dot with butter. , Cover and cook on high for 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted, 10 minutes longer.

Sauteed Broccoli and Almonds image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 large head broccoli, stalks trimmed
4 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced in rounds
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Steps:

  • Cut stalk of broccoli from florets. Peel the stalk and cut the stalk into 1/4-inch rounds. Cut head of broccoli into florets.
  • In a large saute pan, toast almonds until golden, about 4 minutes. Remove from pan. Add butter and when melted, add garlic and sliced stalks. Saute, until garlic turns golden and stalks start to brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the florets and continue cooking another 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water and cover pan. Cook broccoli until crisp tender, about 3 minutes more. Season with salt. Stir in toasted almonds and serve.
