SHRIMP DIP WITH CREAM CHEESE
This tasty spread, prepared with softened cream cheese, is a beautiful pale salmon color. A teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce provides just the right amount of zest.

- In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper until smooth. Fold in shrimp and onion. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with crackers.

SHRIMP CHEESE CRISPS
I have not yet tried this recipe. It came from an email that I receive each week from Mr. Cook. It sounds so good that I wanted to share this with my JAP friends.

- 1. Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine cheese spread and scallions. Spoon 1 teaspoon mixture into each phyllo shell and sprinkle evenly with Cheddar cheese. Place 1 shrimp, tail sticking out, in center of each filled shell. Place shells on baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until filling is heated through and shells are golden. Serve immediately. Makes 15 crisps.
