HEALTHIER BROILED TILAPIA PARMESAN
Steps:
- Preheat oven broiler. Grease broiling pan or line with aluminum foil.
- Mix Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice together in a small bowl. Season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well and set aside. Arrange fillets in a single layer on prepared pan.
- Broil a few inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip fillets over and broil for 2 or 3 minutes more. Remove fillets from oven and cover with Parmesan mixture on top side. Broil until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 2 minutes.

- 1. Preheat your oven's broiler. Grease a broiling pan or line pan with aluminum foil. In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder and celery salt. Mix well and set aside.
- 2. Arrange fillets in a single layer on the prepared pan. Broil a few inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip the fillets over and broil for a couple more minutes. Remove the fillets from the oven and cover them with the Parmesan cheese mixture on the top side. Broil for 2 more minutes or until the topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to over cook the fish.
SHEPHERD'S FAMILY FAVORITE BROILED TILAPIA
Steps:
- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
- Combine butter, soy sauce, wine, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until butter has melted and sauce is hot, about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut tilapia fillets in half lengthwise and arrange in a single layer in a baking pan. Pour warm sauce over top and sprinkle with paprika and tarragon.
- Broil in the preheated oven until fish is crusty on the edges and flakes easily with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes.

Steps:
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning on both sides of Tilapia. More or less seasoning depending on how spicy you pefer it.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. When fish flakes it's done.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
- Note: To reheat this, broil for 8 minutes and it's perfect.

- Line the broiler pan with aluminium foil.
- Pat the fish dry then place it on the pan. Season both sides of the fish with the salt, pepper, oregano and parsley.
- Drizzle the fish with the olive oil then top with the garlic.
- Set the broiler and place the fish about 8 inches away. Cook until the fish is cooked through and flaky, about 8 minutes. (Time depends on the thickness of the fillets.) Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- Serve with the lemon wedges.
