Steps:
- Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium heat and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
- Spread 15 graham crackers with chocolate spread and line them up on the prepared sheet pan. These will be the sandwich bases.
- Using 2 spoons, dollop the marshmallow cream evenly on the chocolate-spread graham crackers. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly across the graham crackers. Do the same with the caramel chips, chocolate chips and toffee bits. Top each bottom cracker with a top cracker to create a sandwich.
- Place the sheet pan on the grill. If your grill has a lid, close it. If your grill does not have a lid, flip a second sheet pan over and rest on top of the pan of s'mores to create a lid. Cook until everything is deliciously melted, about 25 minutes. Serve warm.
S'MORES POPCORN
Steps:
- Heat a large saucepan over high heat for 3 minutes. Add the oil and the popcorn kernels, and cover the pan with a lid. Cook, shaking the pan frequently, until you begin to hear popping. Cook on high for 1 minute more, then lower the heat to medium and continue cooking, shaking the pan, until the popping begins to slow down.
- Turn off the heat and pour the popcorn into a large bowl. Toss with the melted butter, salt and graham cracker crumbs. Add the marshmallows and toss again. Spread the mixture out on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with the chocolate. Toss gently to incorporate. Set aside until the chocolate hardens, about 1 hour. Store in an airtight container.

Steps:
- Place your oven rack on the lowest level of the oven. This is important! We're using the broiler, and placing it on the lowest rack gives the marshmallows and chocolate a minute or two to toast and melt before burning.
- Preheat the broiler in your oven to high. Place 12 graham crackers on a sheet pan. Top each with a piece of chocolate or a peanut butter cup. Top each with a marshmallow.
- Place the sheet pan in the oven for 1 to 3 minutes - keeping your eye on it the whole time. This will all depend on your broiler! You want the marshmallows puffed and golden brown on top.
- Remove the pan from the oven and top with the remaining graham crackers. Serve immediately.

Steps:
- Line a 9-inch square baking pan with waxed paper, overlapping all 4 sides. Spray with cooking spray.
- Place a nonstick pan over low heat and add the butter. When melted, add two-thirds of the marshmallows and cook, stirring, until the marshmallows have melted and combined with the butter, about 3 minutes. Next, fold in the chocolate chips and stir until they are melted too. Add the salt and half of the broken graham crackers and stir so the cracker pieces are incorporated into the chocolate marshmallow mixture but not broken up too much.
- Tip the mixture into the prepared pan and press it into the pan with a wooden spoon. Sprinkle over the remaining graham crackers and marshmallows, pressing them down with your hands so they set into the base. Next, add the coated candies and sprinkles and press them down.
- Allow to set for 1 hour before removing from the pan and cutting into bars. Or you can chill for 10 minutes and slice if you're in a hurry!
