Steps:
- Season each fish fillet with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Mix the sesame seeds and garlic into the softened butter, adding salt and pepper to taste. Spread top of the fish fillets with the mixture to form a 1/4-inch crust.
- Pout the olive oil into a heated wok or nonstick skillet. When the oil is hot, sear each fillet on both sides and top and bottom. Be careful not to overcook the fish. When cooked, in about 1 minute, transfer to a warm plate and garnish with basil. Serve with Asparagus Relish.
- Asparagus Relish:.
- Combine asparagus, garlic, ginger, tomato, bell pepper, salt and pepper and Black Sesame Dressing in a medium mixing bowl, stirring well. Refrigerate until ready to use.

- Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
- Place asparagus and 1/4 cup water in an 11 x 7 inch baking dish.
- Microwave at high 3 minutes or until tender, drain, pour the vinegar mixture over asparagus, toss well.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled.
- Sprinkle with sesame seed, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place asparagus in large bowl and add in both olive and sesame oil and minced garlic; toss to combine. Arrange spears on large baking sheet and generously sprinkle with sesame seeds. Season with salt.
- Place in oven for 15-20 minutes or until spears reach desired consistency. They should still be a bit crisp. Remove from oven and transfer to serving plate to serve immediately.

- 1. Wash and cut ends from asparagus. I usually cut about 2 1/2 to 3 inches off the bottom to make sure I've cut the stringy, hard end. Cut asparagus into 2 to 3 inch pieces. Set aside.
- 2. Melt butter in pan under medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook about one minute.
- 3. Add asparagus and sauté for about three minutes. Add Italian seasoning and cook for another minute.
- 4. Add bouillon to water and add to pan. Let asparagus simmer over medium to low heat for 3 minutes. Remove from pan and discard liquid. Top with sesame seeds serve immediately.
