SELF RISING FLOUR, HOMEMADE
Recipe calls for self rising and you are out or like me never buy, well make your own for each cup called for just add these and you are fine.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients and stir several times.
- Note: If you are making something with an acid in it such as buttermilk or vinegar add 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda for extra lift.
- To make in bulk: For two cups flour - add 1 Tbsp baking powder and 1 tsp salt For three cups flour - add 1-1/2 Tbsp baking powder and 1-1/2 tsp salt For four cups flour - add 2 Tbsp baking powder and 2 tsp salt For five cups flour - add 2-1/2 Tbsp baking powder and 2-1/2 tsp salt For six cups flour - add 3 Tbsp baking powder and 3 tsp salt
