SCALLOPED CABBAGE WITH FENNEL AND CRANBERRIES
Dried cranberries add a sweet note to this savory vegetable and turkey casserole.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place cabbage and fennel in a 9-by-13-inch Pyrex dish or other large, shallow casserole. Sprinkle on turkey, cranberries and fennel seeds. Pour on broth, juice and oil. Add salt and pepper.
- Bake, covered, 30 minutes. Uncover, stir and bake 30 minutes. Serve.

- In a large saucepan, combine the cranberries, sugar and water. Cook over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until berries pop. Remove from the heat; stir in the remaining ingredients. , Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
