Steps:
- Spray inside of 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Cut ribs into 2- or 3-rib portions. Place ribs in cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour water into cooker.
- Cover and cook on Low heat setting 6 to 7 hours. Remove ribs from cooker; place in shallow baking pan. Drain and discard liquid from cooker.
- Brush both sides of ribs with barbecue sauce. Return ribs to cooker. Pour any remaining sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on Low heat setting about 1 hour or until ribs are glazed and sauce is desired consistency.

- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix barbecue sauce, marmalade and pepper sauce until blended.
- Place half the ribs in single layer in center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Bring up long sides of foil. Double fold both short ends of foil to seal, leaving top open. Add 1/4 cup water (or 1 ice cube) to foil packet through opening at top. Double fold top to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat with remaining ribs.
- Grill 45 min. to 1 hour or until ribs are done. Remove ribs from foil packets; return ribs to grill. Brush ribs with barbecue sauce mixture. Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.

- Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 350°F.
- Put ribs in a 6- to 8-quart pot and cover with water by two inches. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, skimming froth, 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook onion and garlic in oil in a 3- to 4-quart heavy saucepan over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
- Drain pork in a colander and pat dry, then arrange in 1 layer using tongs in a 13- by 9-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over pork to coat evenly, then cover dish tightly with foil. Bake 1 hour, then remove foil and carefully turn pork over with tongs and cook, uncovered, until very tender, about 30 minutes. Skim fat from sauce if desired.

PRESSURE COOKER SAUCY BABY BACK RIBS - FAST & EASY
These ribs cook up fast and the meat melts in your mouth! I've only used beef ribs, my husband's preference, but you certainly could substitute pork ribs. The nutritional values would change. I adapted this recipe from a favorite slow cooker recipe. These are very saucy ribs, messy and delicious! My husband calls them AWESOME!

- Cut ribs into serving pieces.
- Mix spices together to create a dry rub. Apply the dry rub to the ribs.
- Heat oil in pressure cooker and brown the ribs on all sides.
- Insert cooking rack in pressure cooker, add beer, and load with ribs, not to exceed manufacturer's maximum fill line.
- Place over high heat until control jiggles. Reduce heat and cook 35 minutes.
- Let cooker depressurize naturally. Remove rack from cooker (you can drain some of the liquid if you like thicker sauce) and add barbecue sauce, heat until simmering. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

- set oven to 325 degrees.
- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients, except the meat.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
