This is the quickest, easiest, best tasting Mexican dip ever! It's great to serve at parties. I always make two!

1 (9 ounce) can bean dip
1 (6 ounce) container guacamole
12 ounces sour cream
1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1 tomato, chopped

Steps:

  • In a clear pie pan, or similar dish, spread a layer of bean dip. Top the bean dip with a layer of guacamole. Allow the layers to thicken in the refrigerator for approximately 20 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, while the bean dip and guacamole chill, combine the sour cream and taco seasoning. When the chilled mixture is sufficiently thickened, spread a layer of the sour cream mixture over the layer of guacamole. Top the sour cream layer with the grated cheese. Garnish the layers with the jalapenos and tomatoes.

1 pound ground beef
1 (11 ounce) can condensed cheese soup
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (16 ounce) jar picante sauce
1 (12 ounce) jar sliced jalapeno peppers
½ pound processed cheese food, cubed

Steps:

  • Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
  • Drain beef and place in a large, heavy saucepan with condensed cheese soup, refried beans, picante sauce, jalapeno peppers and processed cheese food. Cook on high until boiling, then reduce heat to low. Stirring constantly, cook until mixture is melted and bubbly.

Steps:

  • Mix cream cheese and sour cream together in a bowl.
  • Mix in refried beans, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, and taco seasoning until well combined.

¼ cup butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium sweet onions (such as Vidalia®), thinly sliced
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 pounds lean ground beef
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 (12 ounce) bottle zesty Italian-style salad dressing
1 cup chunky salsa
2 (20.5 ounce) cans refried black beans
1 pound grated Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Heat butter and oil in a very large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and chili powder; cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Add salad dressing and salsa and bring to a boil. Add beans and stir until smooth. Pour into a baking dish or foil pan.

1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper to taste
1 (30 ounce) can refried beans
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa con queso
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 plum tomato, chopped
1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
3 green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning mix together in a bowl.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef with the cumin, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
