3 cups frozen mango (or fresh)
1/2 banana (room temperature, broken into chunks)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy milk like oat milk or almond milk)*
5 ice cubes
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, adding the liquids first, except for 2 cups frozen mango. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the 2 cups frozen mango and blend again until smooth, adding a splash of additional water or milk to get it to blend if necessary.

2 cups coconut milk ((full-fat or lite))
3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (or more to taste)
2 cups frozen mango (cubed)
1 medium banana
1 tablespoon shredded coconut flakes (plus more for garnish)

Steps:

  • Into a high-speed blender, add the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, frozen mango, banana, and shredded coconut flakes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If you're looking for a thinner consistency, add 1/2 cup of water and blend again until desired consistency.
  • Serve the batido and top with more shredded coconut flakes. Enjoy!
