2 (3.9-oz.) pkgs. Jell-O Pumpkin Spice Instant Pudding
1 cup cold milk
1 cup Baileys Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
1 cup Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
1 (16-oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
graham cracker crumbs, optional for garnish
50 plastic condiment cups

Steps:

  • Using an electric mixer, whisk together the instant pudding mix, milk, and Baileys in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
  • Stir the vodka into the pudding mixture.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
  • Divide mixture into 2-oz. plastic cups with lids using a medium cookie scoop, leaving some room for expansion.
  • Refrigerate or freeze until ready to serve.
  • Garnish with graham cracker crumbs as desired when serving.

1 cup milk
1 cup rum cream liqueur (such as RumChata®)
1 (4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed

Steps:

  • Mix milk, rum liqueur, and pudding mix together in a bowl until thickened. Gently stir whipped topping into pudding mixture. Spoon into disposable shot cups and place on plate. Freeze until chilled and set, at least 3 hours.
