Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Rinse tilapia fillets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place fillets in baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fillets, then drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle with garlic, parsley, and pepper.
- Bake in preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes when pulled apart with a fork, about 30 minutes.

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lay foil on a pan and arrange the tilapia filets. Then season the fish with salt, pepper and chopped rosemary. Top with a sliced round of lemon. Cover with foil and cook for approximately 18-20 minutes for frozen fish and 15 minutes for thawed. You'll know the fish is cooked when it is completely white and flakes easily. Serve immediately on a bed of brown rice or lettuce. This recipe has 4 servings and takes about 30 minutes, start to finish.
ROSEMARY LEMON-GARLIC TILAPIA

- 1. Preheat oven to 400 On a foil lined baking sheet, spray with cooking spray. Salt and pepper fillets. Place fresh rosemary (about 3in pieces.) on each piece of fish. Top rosemary with 2-3 thin sliced lemons. Place garlic cloves around pan near fillets. Add more seasoning if You like. Drizzle with olive oil.
- 2. Cover tent like pan with more tin foil and bake for 15-18min. Mine was perfect. Depending on size. Remove tin foil and serve up with Your favorite side and more lemon wedges and rosemary. Enjoy!!!
- 3. This also can be made in individual foil packets on the grill!

- Season filets with salt and pepper as desired.
- Place a sprig of rosemary lengthwise on each filet.
- slice lemon(s) and lay slices over rosemary.

- Sprinkle paprika and cayenne pepper on both sides of the tilapia fillets.
- Place each slice of lemon in a piece of foil, large enough that it can be folded to fully cover the fish. Add garlic to each of the four.
