3 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan and Ramono cheese
1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Heat a medium-sized sauce pan to medium, then add butter and allow it to melt. 2. Add flour and stir with a whisk to incorporate. The mixture will have a grainy appearance. 3. Pour the heavy cream gradually into the sauce while whisking. The sauce should be thick and become a little hard to stir. 4. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, white pepper, and cayenne pepper and stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed into the sauce. Serve immediately.

1 pound medium shrimp
1/2 cup white wine
4 tablespoons butter
3 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
8 ounces linguine

  • •Shell and clean shrimp, then allow to dry. For best results, use fresh shrimp and de-vein. •Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside. 4 tablespoons flour
2 cups half-and-half
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (or more)
salt & pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 (8 ounce) cooked snow crabmeat, cut into chunks

Steps:

  • Cook linguine according to package.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour and cook briefly until it looks sandy.
  • Do Not let it color.
  • Whisk in the half-and-half and stir until the mixture forms a thick sauce.
  • Stir in the cheese and season to taste.
  • Simmer a few minutes to blend the flavors and stir in the crab meat. Cook just until the crab meat is heated through.
