Ziti-Mac & Cheese image

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/4 stick margarine/butter
2 cans tomato soup
2 soup cans of milk
1 1/2 lb yellow American cheese
2 lb ziti noodles

Steps:

  • In large non stick saucepan, melt margarine or butter. Once melted where bottom of pot is nicely greased, add tomato soup and milk. Next if not with a spoon use a mixer on low and mix tomato soup to where creamy not lumpy. Let become hot but stir so not to stick. Once hot enough, add cheese slices in slowly a few at a time. After it has all melted, remove from heat immediately. To keep creamy just stir while waiting for noodles.
  • Boil water in pasta pot. Add ziti noodles while water is at a boil... Cook about 12-15 min. Stir to keep from sticking... DO NOT ADD OIL OR SALT. It is not needed.
  • Strain noodles, put into big pasta bowl. Add in the cheese sauce. Mix in with spoon. Then serve.
