Time 35m

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 medium cubed steaks
1 can(s) rotel tomatoes
1/2 c flour
4 Tbsp canola oil
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Put just enough oil to cover bottom of nonstick frying pan and heat on medium high.
  • 2. Add salt and pepper to flour and coat steaks with seasoned flour. I like lots of pepper and I use a brown paper bag to shake/coat steaks with flour.
  • 3. Lightly brown steaks on both sides. Turn down to a simmer. Top each steak with Rotel tomatoes, cover and simmer until done.
  • 4. Serve over rice or noodles.
