Zesty Peach Ice image

Tart lime juice adds a refreshing accent to sweet pureed peaches.

Number Of Ingredients 4

4 cups sliced peeled peaches (4 to 6 medium)
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Steps:

  • In food processor bowl with metal blade, combine all ingredients; process until smooth (To use blender, blend in 2 batches.)
  • Place in ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions for 15 to 30 minutes.
