Steps:
- Mix shortening, brown sugar, and eggs together thoroughly.
- Stir in honey and vanilla.
- Sift together flour and baking soda and stir into creamed mixture.
- Chill overnight.
- Roll into balls and flatten out with a fork on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in a preheated, 350* oven for 10-12 minutes.
