1 overripe banana
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Steps:

  • Mash banana slightly in a glass or metal bowl.
  • Cover tightly with Saran wrap.
  • Poke lots of very small holes into the wrap.
  • Fruit flies get in but they cant get out!
