WILTED LETTUCE SALAD MOM’S image

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 head lettuce
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
6 strips bacon- cooked crisp, taken out of pan & blotted
To bacon fat in pan add:
3 T cider vinegar
2 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt a little water ( maybe ¼ C)
Heat, low until sugar dissolved
Pour over lettuce, bacon, & eggs
SERVE IMMEDIATELY

Steps:

  • FOR ONE-- 2 slices bacon Sautee 1 chopped scallion in bacon pan 1 heaping tsp sugar 2 T cider vinegar Shot water
