Wild Rice Quiche image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 cup Cooked Wild Rice
6 pieces Eggs - beaten
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1-1/2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Green Onions - chopped
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Beat eggs.
  • Add soup, cheese, rice and chopped onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  • Pour into a quiche pan or 9" pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand a few minutes before serving. Can be prepared the night before.
