Wicket's Wedges Recipe - Food.com image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup chopped ripe olives
1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
8 English muffins

Steps:

  • Combine the ingredients and spread on toasted English muffins.
  • Broil until the cheese melts.
  • Cut into wedges.
