2 tbsp Butter
1c chopped onion
1/2c carrots, chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
1.5c chicken broth
1c whole grain mix
Parsley and sage

Steps:

  • Sautee butter and veggies, Boil, reduce to simmer. Simmer about 25-30 mins
