Steps:
- Cook garlic in butter and add prawns; brown and cook prawns through. Remove prawns.
- Add wine to pan and heat to a boil. Add sun dried tomatoes and cream.
- Thicken cream sauce and add spinach. Add pepper to taste and then finish with the parmesan.
- Return prawns to sauce and heat through. Serve with spaghetti, linguine, or fettucine.
