White Peaches in Asti Spumante image

Number Of Ingredients 3

4 large ripe white peaches
1 tablespoon sugar
8 ounces chilled Asti Spumante

Steps:

  • 1 Peel and pit the peaches. Cut them into thin slices. 2 Toss the peaches with the sugar and let stand 10 minutes. 3 Spoon the peaches into goblets or parfait glasses.
