White Miso BBQ Sauce image

Delicious BBQ sauce. Can be used on any meat, seafood, or vegetables.

1 c white miso
2 Tbsp each sake, mirin, sugar, mayonnaise, and chicken stock

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan until thickened. Brush over meat, seafood, or vegetables and roast in oven
