During the Hoildays I make little treats for my friends and family. My family and friends look forward in receiving this little token of love. When I dont send out gifts like this my phone rings with disapointments...cso this is a must in my family..

LAYER INGREDIENTS
1/2 c granulated sugar
3/4 c sweetened dried cranberries (craisins)
1/2 c white chocolate chips
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 c quick or old fashioned oats
1/2 c coarsely chopped peacans
ALONG WITH THE MIX YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
2 large eggs
3/4 c butter
1 tsp vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl
  • 2. Combine butter, eggs, vanilla; mix until well blended. Add cookie mix and mix Until well blended. Drop scoops of dough (approx. 2 tablespoons) 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet. Flatten dough slightly using the back of a spoon or bottom of a glass. Bake 13-15 minutes until edges are golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove to cooling rack.
