I was expecting to like this chili, but it turns out that I love it! The combination of flavors makes this one great dish.

Steps:
- 1. Cook chicken breasts, in water with lemon pepper and 1 tsp cumin seeds until chicken is tender. cut into small pieces and add to liquid in pot.
- 2. Saute 1 cup onion and garlic in olive oil until clear. Add to liquid in pot.
- 3. Add shoepeg corn, green chilis, great northern beans, 1 tsp cumin, and lime juice. Heat.
- 4. Serve over white corn tortilla chips and Monterey Jack cheese.
