Watermelon Smoothie image

A nice smoothie to serve to kids and adults on hot summer days. Recipe from My Daily Moment newsletter.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 1/2 cups watermelon, seeded and cubed
1 lime, juice of
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
mint sprig, for garnish

Steps:

  • Add watermelon, lime juice and sugar to blender and process until smooth.
  • Pour watermelon mixture into a 12 ounce glass full of ice and garnish with mint.
  • Serve immediately.
