Waterloo sunsets image

Peach melba comes in cocktail form with this retro vanilla vodka and peach schnapps combo, complete with layered effect

Yield Makes 8 tall glasses

Number Of Ingredients 6

200ml vanilla vodka (or add 1 tsp vanilla extract to 200ml plain vodka)
100ml peach schnapps
500ml chilled peach juice
chilled soda or lemonade , to fill
splash of grenadine
a few raspberries

Steps:

  • In a jug, mix vodka (or vanilla extract), with schnapps and juice. Divide between 8 glasses.
  • Add a few ice cubes, fill completely with soda or lemonade, then gently pour grenadine into each, over a teaspoon down the inside of the glass so it settles at the bottom. Add raspberries, a straw for stirring and pass around!
