3 cups marina sauce
1 cup vodka
1/3 cup cream, at room temperature
1/2 cup grated parma cheese
Salt
Fresh ground pepper
Rigatoni

Steps:

  • Simmer marinara and vodka for 20 minutes; stir in cream and heat through; remove from heat and add cheese, salt and pepper; add to pasta and mix; top with cheese
