How to make Vintage 1950 Hamburger Casserole

Number Of Ingredients 11

8 ounces Barilla large noodles
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Morton salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 Number 2 can of Hunt's tomatoes
1/2 pound Kraft sharp cheddar, cut into small pieces
1 large can white cream-style corn
1 large can pitted black olives
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Steps:

  • Boil noodles according to package directions; set aside.
  • Brown Beef, onion, and green pepper; add salt and black pepper.
  • In large mixing bowl, add all ingredients.
  • Pour into 2 or 3 quart casserole.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
