1 tablespoon shallot, minced
1/4 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the shallot, vinegar, oil and salt and pepper.
  • Serve with a salad or steamed or grilled vegetables. Add minced fresh herbs as desired.
