Steps:
- Preheat grill or broiler. Coat both sides of fish with cooking spray, and sprinkle with cumin, salt, and pepper flakes.
- Place fish on grill rack, or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook fillets 5 minutes on each side or until flesh flakes with a fork.
- Combine cilantro and remaining ingredients, except lime wedges. Serve fish with salsa and lime wedges.
