VELVEETA® Loaded Baked Potato image

Experiment with VELVEETA® Loaded Baked Potato as a new side dish. This loaded baked potato recipe pairs well with almost any meat you can imagine.

4 small baking potatoes (1-1/4 lb.)
1 VELVEETA Fresh Packs (4 oz.)
2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Prick potatoes with fork. Bake 1 hour or until tender.
  • Cut VELVEETA into 1/2-inch cubes; place in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until completely melted, stirring after 30 sec.
  • Split potatoes; fluff with fork. Top with VELVEETA, bacon and onions.
