- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add yellow onions and green peppers; cook and stir 5 min. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, microwave VELVEETA and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
- Add half the VELVEETA sauce to chicken mixture in skillet; cook 2 min., stirring frequently.
- Spread cut sides of buns with dressing; fill with chicken mixture. Top with remaining VELVEETA sauce and green onions.
