What could be better to serve your guests...but a healthy vegetable appetizer??? I am sure if you have never tried hummus..you are sure to love this dish..you might want to make a 2 dishes. Steps:
- 1....Place chick peas, tahini,lemon juice and salt in a chopper or blender, process till smooth. Set aside. 2....Combine tomato, onions,and parsley in a small bowl. Place reserved bean mixture in a medium serving bowl. Spoon tomato mixture evenly over top. Serve with crackers or pita bread wedges.
