Steps:
- In a food processor, blend the dates, tahini, peanut butter, protein powder, vanilla and salt together until finely combined.
- Form the mixture into small bars and line on a tray.
- Coat the fudge bars with the melted chocolate
- Optional: top with sea salt.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, enjoy!
