Vegan Protein Chocolate Overnight Oats image

1 banana
1 ¼ cups rolled oats
2 tablespoons pea protein powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup soy milk
⅓ cup water
1 ½ tablespoons flax seeds
½ cup fresh mixed berries

Steps:

  • Place banana in a bowl and mash with a fork until pureed. Add oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, soy milk, water, flax seeds, and berries; stir well and transfer to a mason jar.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
