Steps:
- Mix ground flaxseed with water in a bowl. Let stand for a few minutes, while mixing dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Back to bowl containing flaxseed and water: add rest of wet ingredients. Mix together, then combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed. If batter is too thick, add more soymilk until consistency desired is reached. Spray non-stick cooking spray on heated pan. Cook pancakes over medium heat until bubbles appear on first side: flip and cook second side.
