Steps:
- Melt butter. Stir in shallots and meat. Salt and pepper meat. Sauté until meat is cooked. Remove from pan and keep warm. Add fresh mushrooms to shallots and sauté until light brown. Deglaze pan with white wine and simmer for 1 minute. Add broth, basil, and lemon juice. Sauté for 1 minute. Add meat back in. Add cream and heat until warm. Sprinkle parsley.
