Vanilla-Spice Butter image

1 stick softened butter
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
Seeds of 2 vanilla beans
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg

Steps:

  • Blend the ingredients in a food processor, shape into a log on waxed paper, wrap and chill.
