Uncle Misi's Samoan turkey tails Recipe - (3.6/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 lbs turkey tails
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
2 bay leaves
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Place tails in a single layer in the bottom of a large pot. Add all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium low and cover. Cook for 30 minutes turning the tails once.
